ATENEO.

the best tlga.

EDUCATION. ung turo. one of the finest sa buong mundo. the best here in the country.
CULTURE. iba ang mga values ng mga atenista. they are very well-rounded at tlgang guided sila to be good individuals.
Mababait ang mga tao.
Fair and square.
Tahimik.
MAGANDA ang environment.
U can see friendship.
U can see excellence.

U can see college life at its best.

i never thought of choosing Ateneo over UP, UST and LaSalle..

my plan was really just to take the test xD..

kaya nga i just took the course na trip ko, yung tipong not for my career pero trip ko.

BUT then..

when i was in Ateneo taking the test (last kong kinunan ng test xD kasi late me applyo.o)

i felt something i didnt felt when i was taking the other entrance exams xD

the campus feels warm >.<

parang may "calling" (ang drama) o.o

kaya now, excited na ko uwi Pinas weee!

ATENEOOOO xP

hhm... kc blue ang official color ng admu... fave q.. hehe..

seriously, though..

kc... i think it just feels different being an Atenean.

the excellent education that i can get not only academically but it also gives me a good opportunity to reach out to people.

mgnda rin ang campus.

and i think i'd have real fun during my college years, meeting friends and making memories.

naks. hehe.. :D

Actually, Ateneo has been my dream school since my elementary years. During 4th Year, I actually didn't think I was going to Ateneo since science ang aking course. I was really confused on where to go. So to decide properly, I decided to visit Ateneo during the Open House (I didn't need to visit my other choice of university because I knew it wouldn't really inform me about my course).

I LOVED IT. haha :D

Maganda ang chem sa Ateneo. One of the best. :D Advanced facilities. And the chem profs were really nice and warm. #1 cla sa board. ahaha.

Ateneo offers not only academic development but also social, spiritual and civic development.

I know the theo/philo classes are a bit annoying especially for science majors. But it develops us into deep thinkers and good speakers.

Plus, we can reach out to people more.

I think AdMU is the best school in the Philippines. Great environment, facilities and world-class courses. I heard that if you studied at the Ateneo you have a certain edge. Lastly, I liked the way the Jesuits run this place. Been considering to join them after college. Hope I get lucky. I also like Blue that's why I'm here in admu.

P.S. The ACET is more difficult than the UPCAT. I had some classmates who passed the UPCAT but didn't make it to the Ateneo.

Ateneo used to be like a plan they made for me... GreatGrandpa-Grandpa-Dad... But later on, it became one of my main goals in life (drama much? but true!)! :D Anyway, long story short, "AMDG" became my personal mantra and i love my dad and i want to belong to the same institution that made him the person that he is today! :D My only disappointment in being a girl is that i didn't get to study there since kindergarten like they did!

Oh! and it's the best law school in the Phils im sure! :D hmm.. what else? the environment! and the people! i don't know... i've been to competitions hosted by people from UP, Ateneo, etc... and there's just a huge difference in the atmosphere... the way people act, talk or interact with others.. i just knew i had to belong here! :D

*then again, some people who passed Ateneo failed the UPCAT! i don't know... i think it's because of the right minus wrong system... people who tried answering all the questions were the ones who failed?! that's our theory! :D i mean, i did better with the upcat inspite of skipping the whole filipino part[super nosebleed!, don't you think?]...  haha! anyway, i totally agree! ACET's harder! :D

Why Ateneo?

Iba yung na-feel ko nung first time ko makapunta sa Ateneo e. Parang love at first sight. :)

Kwento nga nung HS Coordinator namin, nung nasa Singapore siya, hindi na siya pina-take ng test for English proficiency (ata) dahil nakita nila na he graduated with an MA from the Ateneo.

Pag Atenista, may benefits. XD

I never really thought I'd be an Atenean. Since my father always geared me towards UPD Business Ad.
Since the ACET results came in first, and I found out I passed, I kind of just shrugged it off. Basically because I'm from a UP High School. The problem of choosing really only started when we visited both campuses:
UPD and Ateneo.

The deciding factors for me were the campus and the Open House.

I was really impressed by the Open House thingy. It felt so prestigious to be there. And it felt better walking to and from the buildings here than in UPD. :P

Maybe another factor is that I've heard so much about the ADS.
I hope I'd pass their auditions. :)

ohh yes! haha! oh! and one weird incident - i had my documents photocopied before i passed them... and i saw the most amazing vandal on the brick wall/pillar thng! my birthday! :D lol! :D [well, it's more of oct '06 than oct 6.. but hey! let me have my delusional fun! :D ]

ako i found the UPCAT more difficult than the ACET.  UPCAT-- nosebleed. maybe i was just tense sa UPCAT kasi nauna.. yung ACET kasi.. may experience ka na sa ibang entrance tests..

..ateneo has a cOmmUnity which is sImilar to tHe cOmmunity of my previous scHool. They value friEndship, hardwork, camaraderie and teaM spirit.
..aTeneo is run by the smart and accOmplished Jesuits but they remain veRy huMble. I beLieve that a good leader/teacher must aCt to be soMething like an idOl/mOdel to his sTudents.

My mom, brother and tito were all Ateneans. They're such awesome people (and I'm not just saying that 'cause we're related) and I hope to become like them someday. ;)

That and the fact that Ateneo is the best school out there. :D

1. Mas maganda course ko dito.
2. Hanep facilities.

Bakit Ateneo keysa La salle
1. Mas malapet.
2. Mas malawak ang campus. Pwede maglakad-lakad.
3. Mas mura rito kumpara dun. [pero mahal pa rin actually no! haha]

i was just a bit surprised upon reading that acet was harder than upcat.
i didn't make it into UP. and for me mas madali pa ang acet kaysa upcat at dlsu-cet..

I barely passed UP.. :)) I didn't make it though.. Pano, kasama sa criteria ata ung ranks nung high school. :) The thing is, I'm not bitter, kasi I'll get to study sa best school sa Philippines. :)) Ateneo is my dream school and, OMG, I'LL BE LIVING A DREAM. :)) I love it. :D

sabi ng guy na nag speech sa open house na pinili daw niya yung ateneo kasi daw ayaw niyang mawala sa UP campus at ayaw din niyang mamatay sa fumes ng mga jeep sa taft. rofl.gif 
yun na rin sasabihin kong reason, apart from the fact that ateneo = best college everrr heart.gif
