Those aren't really important especially for you freshies since you will all be pre-enlisted. They're just reminders:
For #1, just make sure that when you enlist, you won't get conflicts in your classes. This reminder is there for you to monitor the schedule of your classes. It's possible for some changes in class schedules/venues to occur after your enlistment due to various reasons.
Then again, you will all be pre-enlisted anyway except for PE and even if you accidentally enlisted in a PE class which is in conflict with your schedule, you'll be able to get warned before you complete online enlistment. The My Class Schedule link will only work once registration/enrollment is completed but you can already view the schedules of classes from various departments (including PE) in the Class Schedules link.
#2 is not applicable yet since this will be your first sem in Ateneo (grades in high school don't matter now, obviously). This reminder is there for classes with prerequisite/s. Obviously, one cannot enroll in a class when he/she hasn't passed the prerequisite subjects.
#3 - Some classes have "class tags" which indicate which course/s and/or year levels can enlist in that class. These can be changed anytime, possibly making one of your enlistments invalid. This isn't really significant since again, pre-enlisted na kayo.
i wasn't able to update my student info by may 22. but i got an email from the admin office saying that i still have up to JUNE 3 to update it.
thing is i updated the info (well not all of it :|) about two days before i received the email...
oh and about the school info... i entered only the school i finished primary level in cuz that was the only one in the list. the rest weren't included so i thought i could update it again later on... but i just checked now and the school info section isn't there anymore....
i just updated my student information and it said "We cannot process your request at this time"
oh and i heard that if u haven't updated ur info by may 22, u wud be given a form on orsem to fill up. then they would fill in the missing info for u on ur AISIS account
I was wondering the same thing too. O_O Thank God.
AISIS confuses me. :/

You'll see a list of your classes and sections for the sem during your enlistment. I think a "View Enlistment Summary" link will also be made available for all by the time the upperclassmen are enlisting so you can also log-in to AISIS during any of the upperclassmen's free-for-all online enlistments (June 4-6) to view your sked.

i have a problem accessing AISIS on a Firefox browser. So I'm forced to use IE for AISIS.

The certificate is only valid for <a id="cert_domain_link" title="aisis.ateneo.edu">aisis.ateneo.edu</a>
