From the list of rules for the ORSEM, there was a policy about "no wearing of shorts and sleeveless tops"... Will this rule apply only for the orsem, or is it already a standard rule in school? :D Just wanna know so i know what clothes to bring :D [i'm from Baguio, so i'm really not used to HOT weather, so.. yah.. :D]

Dress codes apply at the Library, AVRs (Audio Visual Rooms), RMT (Rizal Mini Theater), offices (Xavier Hall, usually, if you are going to transact), SOM department (there's a fine for violating dress code, yes), SOM classes / departmentals (like Accounting, Statistics, etc. - starts at second year usually), and some classes (some professors require their students to be in dress code, so listen carefully for the first day reminders).

Acey's right, always be in dress code. You'll never know when you need to go to the library, etc. Usually, during the first week, professors require you to photocopy your readings at the photocopying terminals in the library, so yes.

HAVE LOTS OF MONEY during the first few months of the semester. Photocopying will eat your savings. :))

Well, what are we NOT allowed to wear? And what are the clothes that may violate the said dress code?
