The Rizal Library (Academic Library of the Loyola Schools) provides research support and well as library materials for your leisure and recreational needs.
First of all, we can help you look for sources of information for your research work and assigments. We can point you to authoritative sources information! Just ask any of the librarians inside the library or ask through the library's website:
Do you know that you can also search the library's collection by accessing the OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) via the library's website? This will enable you to search for materials even if you are outside of the university.
Aside from the traditional library materials (e.g. books, newspapers, journals), the Rizal Library also provides access to online databases of electronic books (e-books) and electronic journals (e-journals) both inside (through computers inside the campus or through WIFI) and outside of the library (through usernames and passwords). Just go to the library and ask for remote access to online databases).
We also have document printing, scanning, and CD-burning services at reasonable prices.
We also lend VHS tapes, VCDs and DVDs of documentary films, Box-office movies etc. as well as fiction books (novels, short stories, etc.)
In case the library does'nt have the materials that you need, just let us know and we'll do our best to get it for you.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

If you'll be borrowing books which cant be brought outside, yes, you have to leave you id.
If you're borrowing from the general circulation (the section that allows book to be brought outside), Rizal lib has a high-tech way for borrowing book so that you dont need to leave your ID
