Is the date negotiable? Cuz I think June9 is a better date since a lot of people will be there to register/pay. It'll save them the double trip, and since there will be a lot of people, we won't look awkward as a huge group

I only know that the preOrSems are done by course and not all courses have that. and the dates differ from course to course.
