I'm very sure that within the first week of our classes, there has to be at least one case of the Influenza A virus. It's not I'm scaring you all, but it is entirely possible that this will happen.
I agree with jjsoviet, there's a possibility that there will be a reported case of H1N1. It is scary, but it's the reality of the situation. What's scary had been established long before.
But, let's not let that (or the bipolar weather) rain on our first day parade. What a way to start the school year, huh?

I hope not. In our AISIS there was this thing after logging in that asked if we went out of country or something, right? And I'm wishing people didn't just ignore that.

If we're lucky, maybe it won't. Since we're an open campus with minimum air conditioning, air circulation is wider thus possibly lessening the chance of getting H1N1. As opposed to schools with closed campuses and has air conditioners in most of their buildings, circulation is mainly within the school grounds and allows ill-air to move between students through air vents and what not.
Highly theoretical though. And I'm not sure I worded it properly. It seemed simpler with the pictures in my mind.
