IS IT TRUE THAT IF YOU HAVE THESE, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AINT ELIGIBLE FOR DL?

not automatically. As long as you have at least 15 units, you're still eligible

If you have less than 15 units, yes.

People in the basic english cant be in the DL since they have less than 15 units (unless their course has 21 units at its regular units. And as far as i know, no such course have 21 units at its regular units for first sem, first year.)

If you have less than 15 units, yes.

and from what I heard from my brother, he had a blockmate (BS ME) who got a 4 qpi in the first semester but wasn't DL because he had EN10. I wonder if it's the same for MA1.
