To quote thirteen who replied to this question in the Transportation thread, this is what she said:

"i forgot the process for first year applicants, but you can just go to the Blue Eagle Gym to ask. P600 for the first 2 stickers and P1000 for the succeeding ones. I think the cut-off is on June 30. After that, the car sticker is priced at P1500."

But I received a flyer from Manong Guard at Gate 3 during my last visit to Ateneo [which was 3 days ago], sabi dun it would be P1000 AFTER June 30, so un. Haha.

Very informative post on gate pass stickers. Couple of months ago, took help of a famous graphic designer for excellent trade show displays for my company event. Got great response from the public too.
